A Disruptive Campaign To Engage Customers

A fun, experiential event across four busy commuter train stations where promo staff engage and surprise customers by handing out gifts.

  • 60+ staff members all needing to be at the right station at the right time was a complex task but worked like clockwork.

  • Team Briefing & Management - Pre-event onboarding for the entire team meant a smooth start and regular communication with team leaders helped the campaign team assess success at key points.

  • Data collection at hourly points across the weeks of the campaign helped the team understand how successful the campaign had been.
