AWARDS DINNER

Celebrating retail employees with an evening of surprises

For over four years, a leading European retail group partnered with The Event Foundry to deliver their annual associate awards dinner for 300 guests, a highlight of the year. Working closely with senior management, we created a standout celebration that reflected the company’s vision and values; to surprise and delight.

Communications, intu Derby

“We have used The Event Foundry for four years now and have experienced excellent service every single time. They are great to work with, they take care of everything, from the small details to the total running of the event…everything runs smoothly and without a hitch! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to other businesses.”

THE PROJECT
PROCESS:

  • Finding the perfect event space that was both a wow factor and blank canvas was important to the client.

  • This was an all-out theme of Halloween meaning we could have fun with the concept.

  • The client delivered on internal elements and we scooped up the rest, so careful project management was needed to make sure we were all on track.

  • Memorable touch points throughout the evening that reaffirmed the clients objective of ’surprise and delight’.

  • From styling items to a zombie flash mob, we sourced the UK’s best talent to transform the event.

  • From set-up to de-rig, we were onsite and in action throughout, meaning the client coudl relax and enjoy the party know everything was in safe hands.
