A series of expert presentations and an opportunity for industry peers to network. Recognising an opportunity in Madrid, this event hosted 200 professionals for an interactive working day with some cultural experiences carefully scheduled throughout the day.

Going beyond just ticking all the boxes, we trawled the city to find something unique and memorable. Hosted in the Spanish Capital it was only right to acknowedge the wealth of culture through food and entertainment. An International audience with high-tech content.

THE PROJECT
PROCESS:

  • The location was Madrid but the brief was 'not a hotel or conference centre' so our digging had to go a little deeper. The result was a hand-picked shortlist that finished with a beautiful, urban space that was perfect for the client.

  • Vision and creative direction of the event, ideation and conceptual input.

  • Weekly meetings with the client help shape a series of milestones.

  • Description text goes hereSpace planning and developing the event running order to ensure tiem was maximised.

  • Sourcing AV, catering and post-event activities whilse based in the UK.

  • Flying the team out to Madrid for set-up and being the team on the day to run the show so that the client could concentrate on their customers.
