Showcasing technology
at an International Race Circuit

This 4 day expo features test drives of adapted vehicles on the iconic circuit and showcasing the latest mobility innovations for visitors to experience firsthand.

THE PROJECT
PROCESS:

  • 4 halls and 20 pit garages equated to over 20,000 sq m of exhibition space. We supported exhibitors throughout their planning to ensure smooth set-up and a successful event.

  • Shell scheme and space only CAD planning with up to the minute floor plans for the sales team.

  • 10,000 guests and hundreds of test-driving slots via our pre-booking system.

  • Dozens of wheelchair-accessed vehicles shuttling guests from across Silverstone's car parks to the venue.

  • Our team were onsite from set-up to de-rig, supporting with every aspect of the event.
