Creating a mini-Glastonbury for a community in Yorkshire, we provided full event management from sourcing bands and staging, to managing food and drink trucks and suppliers, creating an event programme to engage local community groups. All underpinned with event safety and contingency planning.

Finding the best live content. Creating a programme of activities across the day, with community at its heart. Developing robust event management and emergency plans in liaison with local emergency services.

THE PROJECT
PROCESS:

  • Developing an Event Management Plan with supporting documentation including site plans, risk assessment, evacuation planning, alcohol management planning, event capacity calculations, lost child and vulnerable adults planning and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation.

  • Live bands, entertainment, workshops and children’s activities sourcing and procuring.

  • Sourcing and procuring first aid, security, traffic management, staging and AV.

  • Sourcing local street food vendors and working with Environmental Health to manage suppliers.

  • Capacity planning and entry/agress calculations and counting.

  • Event Control for duration of set-up, live event and de-rig.
